• Close the Play-Fi app
  • Press and hold the power button on your PW for 10 seconds (the mute button will begin to blink after 3 seconds) release the button immediately following the second chime. The LED will begin to flash rapidly indicating that the unit has begun the reset
  • Once the WiFi indicator has begun to pulse slowly for 10 seconds open the PlayFi app and it will detect and available device. 
  • Follow the instructions depending on your operating system (Android, iOS, or Windows)
