• Try restarting the app and PW device, finally please ensure the wireless network is working correctly by power cycling your router.
  • If the PW does not reappear on the network try closing the Play Fi app and power cycling the unit. Once the WiFi light is solid restart the Play-Fi app.
  • Try moving the PW device closer to the router. If this alleviates the issue you may need to upgrade your router or add a wireless extender to your network.
